It looks like a custom console overlay. A billet aluminum plate attached to the original console then drilled to accommodate whatever aftermarket gauges you like. I have something similar in my garage that came with slick when I bought it. I have since replaced it with an original, and it's for sale if you want it.
Posting couple links to sources may find of interest, matter of preparing oneself for sticker shock? Appears Dakota Instruments offers a package but from what I could tell seemed options limited. There are couple sellers on ebay that list few 61-66 Ford truck dash options??
Dakota instruments offers an instrument cluster, did not put much effort into search their website, did not appear they offered options? Appears Ebay has a few seller's who offer few options??
I think that truck belong to fellow member Gangstra here on FTE
gangstakr (Robert) has a lowered 1964 F100 Styleside pickup with a 1966 anodized aluminum grille, the parking lamps are hidden within the grille.
The interior has bucket seats from a 1968 Ranger, the steering wheel is absolutely not the original.
I've seen gangstakr's truck several times, as have Bill W, garbz2 and KStone, as we've all attended the F100 Western Nationals Truck Show held at Canyon RV Park in NE Anaheim.

not sure why topic jumped to the dash bezel here since the OP seemed to be talking about the "console" which by most terminology means the armrest unit mounted to the floor in between the seats.
Specific to this picture, I think the question was asked here about a year or so ago and I don't think anybody was able to positively identify it, but it sure looks to be late model, say 90's or newer. Sounds like a stroll through your local pic n pull is in order to see if you can find something similar if you like that look.

Reason: Typo
IMO: The console mounted A/T shift lever is not FoMoCo related to any truck, so...
Both my 2004 & 2011 F150's had console mounted A/T shift levers, but the console and the lever didn't look anything like this.
I don't know if 1997/2003's were available with a console mounted A/T shift lever, as I've never owned one a these trucks, but 1996 and earlier did not.
I'd take the cup holder off, look on the backside for an ID number. All auto makers have will have an ID number, some have the brand name, so it may be possible that it can be identified this way.
Okay I am sorry for the booboo on both your name and interior. Yes this same question was asked a while ago and no one had the answer. I like ND's suggestion about looking for part numbers and auto maker identifiers.
