I am trying to register my new truck on the ford owner website to update sync and the website says there is a problem.
Here is what it says....
Sorry, we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later or contact us.
It's been like this for a month. I can't register or anything. Please help. I have called them and they are no help. I would like to update sync.

Clear your cookies or try a difference browser or device (at least to register- you'll need to download files from a computer vs a phone)
that being said, I was only successful in updating the sync in my 2011 F350 once, and even then I'm not positive it really updated.
