Radiator support, upper grill support brackets, and headlight assembly will be different if swapping to the square 79 grill setup. I swapped mine from the 77 to 79 a few months back.

My 79 had the super cooling radiator for the side 460. The round conversion was from a 79 Bronco, no huge rad. There. It was bolt up with the buckets and splash guards. On the 75 no super cooling radiator and I used F-250 round headlight buckets and guards with 2 holes drilled on each side, no dip on the radiator support like the 78-79. We are over thinking this. As long as you have the 78 round buckets and guards, bucket doors, you are gold, pony boys! I swapped in HIDs on the blue 79 thry are way brighter, the yellow 75 is getting the speaker style LEDs. I have them on the wife's Rubicon and they are sooo bright!
