I want to ad a goose neck to my F250 with Airlift 5000 ultimate bags. I already have the bags installed. It doesn't have the 5th wheel / goose neck prep. Will that be a problem? Ideally, a reversible ball would be the best.

 

Go with a b&w if you want after market or get the factory one installed as the cut out is already in the bed all they need to use a hole saw in those locations. I am very happy with the factory setup albeit I sourced truck with it pre installed. The factory setup is not reversible but it is very simple to swap out. I went with the curt ford oem setup.
