I normally start on my back but end up on my side. When I was heavier, it got to be very uncomfortable to sleep on my side. It is better now, but eventually puts some strain on my knees and makes it uncomfortable.
I have to put a pillow between my knees in order to be comfortable.

Just about healed from the bone spur removal. There was a very large depression in my heel that has taken time to fill in. It is down to a spot that maybe an eighth inch by a half inch that needs to finish closing.

That it is. My orthopedic doctor still has me wearing the weight off loading shoe on the one foot. It is the same one that I was wearing when I first started walking again last year in the nursing home. So I am also still using my walker in case I have stability problems. So I tend to put more pressure on the other foot but I may have a bone spur on the other foot to deal with.
