Looking good.
How long has it been from buying to this point?
It's been a year and a half for me to get the chassis rolling again, motor/trany in it, cab on frame and just the cab less hood almost ready for paint.
Have not even started any thing on the bed yet.
I could use that fan you have. I do not work on the truck when too hot like this long weekend (and last summer) and small box fans don't cut it.
I have 6 of the plastic horses, used some of them to hold the cab up when replacing floors, rockers, cab corners & rear door posts.
Also to hold frame up for cleaning & painting.

That's not bad for 4 weeks.
I would have had a lot more done but I get a little lazy when it gets hot out. Just had a nice 3 day long weekend and did not touch it.......too hot!
My work hours don't help any also, got to get up at 2am and if lucky home by 4pm.
Also I am at the "paint" point so the weather has to be some what good to do any painting.
Would love to get the inside of the cab & door jambs, inside of the fenders and under hood painted so I can get them back on the truck.
It will look a lot better with the cab together and I can do the next step in painting the outside.
With the inside painted I can mount the dash frame & wiring getting it out of the parts truck and I can get what's left of the parts truck out of the garage for more room. With room I can work on the bed.

Sounds like you have a good plan. I'll be happy when I get to the "paint point". I feel your pain on the need for more space, I've got my shop full and half of the wifes garage.
Anywho I did make some progress got the rearend back in with djm drop hangers and shackles. Finally got my spindles back from machine shop ( had king pin bushings reamed). And have just started putting it back together. Pics coming.
