Nice work! A few things. I either didn't have that issue with the springs and dream beams or it doesn't matter.
I recently switched to Hagerty insurance, seemed the best for me if you actually drive your stuff though mine only does about 3k a year.
I replaced my steering coupler (rag joint) with a dorman one that is composite rubber/fiber. My stock one was wasted and appeared to be made out of gummy bear material.
ok I found an old pic from my build and it jogged my memory.
the bottom coils do touch but doesn't matter as they are "dead" and don't compress. This setup has about 10k miles on it now. No issues other than tie rod adapters that loosen up.

Edit/correction..be cool built the rad per spec with overflow barb at 30 degrees per there tech drawings. They are however sending me a new cap that i can index myself, fyi if you order a rad from them you can specifically request the overflow barb indexed any direction you want. Wish I had known this.
