Gallons used?

I miss that feature also. Coordinates, to me is an important safety feature to be able to relay in an emergency situation. Especially when traveling outside our know areas.

The gallons used works well on my truck. I fill it up, drive until I get to 1/8 of a tank, fill it up again and look at how much fuel I put in on the pump. I know exactly how many gallons I used.
In fact, looking at the app I use to track each fuel purchase, I punch up statistic and see I've used exactly 466 gallons so far since the truck was new.

Miles to “E” in the trip meters is redundant.

Trip meters
I drive commercially and have track gallons used and mileage in each state. It was very easy to do that at the state line. Now I have make a stop and manually calculate the mileage and gallons used at each state border. Miles to “E” is in each trip meter and above the fuel gauge. Very redundant and of no use in the trip meter.

I've been looking for this exact PID on my Forscan lite app and it's just gone. My 2012 had it. I could look at it on both my dash monitor or my Forscan app, and it would tell me how many gallons used since last fill up. Now the PID is no where to be found. That's a shame, as I use to use it all the time. Granted not that important, but useful.

I just use my Scan Gauge, it tells me everything I want to know about my MPG, my cost per mile, My expected miles left in the tank... MY cost per trip, My cost per tank... and so on ... BUT; Yea, why NOT allow All the info that is there, to be allowed/is allowed, to be read if you want to, like fuel pressure, like boost, like throttle , like load, like pretty well everything, why not allow reading it,??? changing it is a different proposition, but reading it should be just there for the push of a button... IMO...
