Superchip Tune Locked

I have a 2002 F250 7.3 with 242k miles on it that is somewhat tune locked due to a malfunction with my Superchips programmer. I routinely start it and let it run because it sits more than it's driven. My problem is that I had the programmer tuned to tow-safe, but when I went to return it to stock the screen was blank like no power. Superchips support says it's my OBD/lighter fuse, but I've replaced it. Still no power. Any ideas?

Did the fuse blow again? Make sure you don't keep popping the fuse.

One thing you can do to see if it's the programmer is to plug it into another Ford OBD2 port and see if it powers up.

No sir the fuse is still good and the lighter does get hot when inserted. I'm afraid the tuner might be the problem. If it doesn't power up after I test on another truck, will I ever be able to get back to stock w/o having to replace the computer? Lol.

Yeah, what Tom posted. Or, if SuperChips will help you with resolving the issue with the programmer, once you explain the fuse is ok so they understand the problem is with the programmer.
