Gear ratio

I have a 2011 f250 6.2. I was told that I have a Sterling in the rear and a Dana in the front. Any suggestion on gears for the Sterling ? For a better launch! Thanks

Lots and lots of discussion on this if you just look around in this 6.2 section. I'm just asking because of the way you asked your question, but you do realize whatever you do to the rear end, you will have to do to the front? Well, to retain 4wd that is.

And yes, before we can help you, we need to know your tire size, plans for the truck, and how you use your truck.
