Got my VIN

Ordered my KR F350 SRW CCLB on May 6th.

Got my VIN today from dealer. Shows up in ETIS with the fake build date, and not in COTUS yet. Dealer says build date of June 12th.

Can't wait!

4/20 order date for me. When all the hippies here in colorado were doing bong hits at the park, I was ordering our next 250. I think it's being built this week. Hard to not check the status 400 times a day.

I ordered March 14th.
Got VIN on April 25th and was told it would be built the 2nd week in May.
Window sticker showed up on May 12th.
Etis finally showed a build date of 5/19/2017 and lists all the options.
Still nothing showing on Cotus.

Now just waiting to hear from the dealer.

I Ordered My F450 Platinum on May 19

The Dealership's GM is an old family friend so he put the order through with a priority code of '10'. I'm curious to see how much that speeds up the process...

That's pretty common. You can add your info here or just see what everyone else's wait times are looking like.

Go easy on him lol, 10 is the lowest number a Ford dealer can put in the system. The priority is basically meaningless once your truck is allocated to be built. It's really only used so dealers can prioritize the order that the trucks they have ordered will (hopefully) be built. You'll get your truck as soon as possible, but it having a 10 doesn't put you ahead of anyone else that already has a VIN.

I won't call him more than 6 or 7 times a day. Kidding aside, I'm a pretty patient guy. He was pretty sure (based on what he had ordered) he could get it delivered in 6-8 weeks. I won't hold him to it, but dang it this money is burning a hole in my pocket and I'm losing sleep looking at the calendar!

My order was submitted on May 5th and my truck finally showed up in COTUS on 5/18 with a VIN but no ETA. Showed up in ETIS on 5/22 with a placeholder build date. Ford chat still says no ETA yet. I end up checking the COTUS site at least 3 times a day with fingers crossed. Really just hoping to get an ETA at this point.

Mine has yet to show up in COTUS and is in ETIS with the placeholder build date. I am right with you about checking frequently. Everything seems to be falling in line with ETIS, I ordered one day later, showed up in ETIS one day later, but mine is still not in COTUS.

Is yours a 350? I have heard a lot of people say that for some reasons 350's don't normally show up in COTUS but will in ETIS. The frustrating part is that there is no rhyme or reason as to how long a truck will sit in "In Processing" before going to "In Production". The wait continues.
