I need to replace the fuel pump on my 1994 E350 Club Wagon with the 460. What specs should I look for in terms of gph and psi? Does my van use a single pump or dual pumps (I have one single fuel tank). The reason I ask is because my 2002 F150 HD uses two pumps.
Thanks in advance.
I want to use a Walbro fuel pump. I looked at the Walbro site and they show a part number TU200 43.5 psi and 33 GPH. I looked on eBay and there is a listing for a GSS-340 which they claim puts out 67 GPH. Which one is correct for my 1994 E350 wiith the 460.
Thank You
All i see listed is a single pump... My 1988 uses two pumps also... i have no idea on the psi.. But they do list both Motorcraft pumps which would be correct.
Though I think $350 is ridiculous, I find many aftermarket parts turn out to be junk or at least a crap shoot. As I write this I wonder what I would do if the $350 high pressure motorcraft pump went out on my van when the others are $80. I would probably think about a salvage yard first.
Thanks Annaleigh,
RockAuto is usually my first stop. I saw the prices on the Mototrcraft and decided to pass on it. Last year I got a really good deal on a Walbro on eBay, pump for my F150 HD. Found a Walbro GSS340 for $89. on ebay that I am going to order soon.
Thank You
