Any ideas where I could pick up a non-cdrom shop manual for my '69F100 Ranger?

I think he means a NON- cd rom manual.
You can get them on ebay every once in a while.

Shop manual
They frequently show up on eBay. I paid $40 for a full set for my 67. The manuals were in good shape. I recommend you buy the CD here and the manuals on eBay.
