Something wrong with the switch in one of the handles?
If your truck is a job #1 truck it should have a thumb wheel under the headlight switch. If you rotate it all the way to the left it should turn them off. Of course, if it is rotated all the way to the right, it turns them on, so check that first.
If it is a job #2 truck you have a rocker switch, and I think it works the same way, but I've only been in a truck with the rocker switch a couple times, so I'm not for sure.
