About a week ago i was loaded up in my 5.4l v8 f250 extended cab with 2 kids and three friends heading to the beach and i was going 70 the whole way untill dude said to pass the prius i was like alright lets do it! So then the COP and spark plug blew out and it was just making a putting noise...
(Rant)Ive bought 3 re-thread heilicoil sets 2 from autozone and one from oreily because the first one had a big handle so wouldnt fit in the cylender and the second one the tang came off so i didnt use it, wish i woulda..
So now today shes sitting there with a tap stripped out in the spark plug hole thanks to a drunken buddy of mine... Any ideas on how i could get this out the easy way without screwing my engine all up??

Get your buddy drunker this time, then he should be able to fix it.
Ahahah thanks for the advice yall, my brother is coming down this weekend hes a mechanic So hopefully he will know what to do... Maybe we could use some long visegrips so i can pull up as im turning.. He has the 5.4 triton engine too supposedly this is a common problem on theese blocks.. Theres only 4 threads holding a sparkplug with 10 threads in place... So thats why they rattle loose after getting rusted.
My brother fixed his and his neighbors using speaker wire lmao thats why i figured it would be hard to screw it up but i guess i spoke too soon..
He is a "mechanic" that repairs blown spark plugs on Triton engines with speaker wire?
I think I saw MacGyvr do that once. I did see him weld up a broken connecting rod with a battery, battery cables and a steel rod. After that, the speaker wire thing should be easy.

I have seen a cracked exhaust pipe welded with a car battery.. battery cables and a metal clothes hanger...
not a connecting rod... pressed iron does not weld good.

Actually, that's NOT why they blow out. Even heads with full threads spit out plugs.
If you get it out, skip the Helicoil junk and go straight to with a CalVan (Snap On) or a Timesert. More than half of my Timesert rental inquiries come from guys with blown helicoils.
Also, re-torque ALL spark plugs DRY to 28 lb-ft. That will keep them from blowing out in the future.

Not having seen your exhaust pipe installation, I can't say for sure. But the typical connecting rod is exposed to a bit more stress than an exhaust pipe, lol.

The plugs rarely rust.
You'll have misfires to deal with before they rust when water gets down in there.
How many miles were those plugs in there?
The plugs will loosen because of the difference in expansion from heat for steel versus aluminum.
They can blowout even in the 8 thread heads.
I change plugs/boots/springs at 50k, use nickel antiseize, torque to 25 ft/lbs and check torque one more time at 10k.
Haven't had any more problems since I blew a factory installed plug at 108k.
Used a TimeSert kit to fix mine, they have a special oversize insert to repair Helicoil blowouts.
The Helicoil will blow, the junk kit from Autozone or Advanced will blow. Fix it with a Timesert (properly) and it will not blow out again. Sounds like with a stuck tap and all the screwing around you'll probably need an oversized Timesert to clean all the damage up.
Brownells (the gunsmith supply house) has always sold broken tap extractors, but only in the small sizes a gunsmith would need. (This is how I happen to know that such things exist)
A little research on the web shows that Snap On sells Broken Tap extractors.
Also the industrial supply house, MSC shows they have them in a range from #4 up to 1 inch.
