anyone else with the factory power steps considering replacing them with the AMP XL edition that drops down a extra 3 inches? Allowing for easy entering?
i know I've talking about this a few times before but since the SD has been around a little while now I'm wondering if others think the same?
yes I have considered keeping mine for sake of saving money but I'm also playing with the idea that having that extra 3inch drop will save your knees and help kids and passengers enter and exit easy.

My wife has steel in her back and so do I. We both find the factory folding running boards to be more than adequate, and a definite step above the fixed running boards that I've had in the past. I'd have a hard time justifying spending money on new boards.
I'll bet you'll have guys lining up to buy the old ones.
