my right brake light won't come changed the bulb twice made sure it was the right one, and there was a blown fuse so i changed that as well, but it will still not come on? running lights will come on however

I had a similar problem about a year ago and found the bulb fitting loosely in the socket and rusty and/or corroded grounds. I corrected those things and the problem went away. The grounds are very important to all kinds of lighting working correctly.
It could possibly be a turn signal switch because brake light power is routed thru the turn signal switch. And if the switch is bad it will not allow the brake light to function either left or right. That is because the turn signal switch cancels out brake light power when that side left or right is activated so you have flash mode then and not steady brake light
