I know you asked for a F350, but in case somebody else wonders, in my 2017 F250 CCSB with 20" tires the top of the hitch receiver sits 24.5" from the ground. This puppy is tall!
My 6.7 SRW 350 SBCC 20" wheel truck is 23 1/4" to the top inside of the receiver. Since it's a job 1 and has a 3" receiver, it's 20 1/4" to the bottom inside. If you have a job 2 or gasser, you'll have the 2.5" hitch and will be 20 3/4" to the bottom inside.
