F350 e-brake
Changed rear shoes on my 97 F350 CC 4X4 single rear wheel, now my e-brake goes to the floor with minimum holding power on the brakes. Old shoes had great e-brakes. New shoes are adjusted right, even waited a few weeks to see if they would self adjust and work better - no go. Pulled drums off, re-checked adjustment all good. Only thing I can think of is new shoes are different where e-brake lever contacts.
BTW, there is no cable adjustment on this truck and all cables are good and working freely.
Any ideas?
