Any ideas?

I have a 1984 Ford F-150 302 2 Barrel that was sitting for 20 years

I put a new starter , battery , fuel pump fuel line and fuel filter on it and it finally runs

It seems like it bogs down when giving it gas. here is a video of whats its doing does anyone have any recommendations on what to do next or where to start

makes a strange noise almost seems like its bogging

The usual cause when bogging down, hesitating, stumbling from a dead stop and/or when accelerating at speed is a defective carb accelerator pump.

Does it "hesitate" upon acceleration from a stopped/brake idle ?

It actually has a brand accelerator pump on it because the last one was pissing fuel out everywhere from the diaphragm

And it idles nice

Ok, but that doesn't really answer the question...does it hesitate on acceleration ?

Did you reinstall the check ball correctly when you replaced the pump diaphragm?

Is the arm correctly gapped?

It sounds like the accelerator pump. But before you tear into it again, pull the aircleaner off, and with the engine off, climb in there with a flashlight and look down the carb throat. Pull the choke door out of the way if you need to. While you are looking down the carb throat with a flashlight, push the throttle open. As soon as you start moving it, you should see fuel squirting into the inside of the carb. If you move the throttle wide open, you should have two strong streams of gas pouring into the engine. If they are just dribbles or there is some hesitation before they squirt, then you do have accelerator pump problems still.

There is a check ball in the diaphragm area, but it is held in with a metal bar, so unless it's clogged(can be) it's probably ok. There is also a check ball or a check needle underneath the venturi assembly up inside the carb where the fuel squirts out.

I did view the video and the tires have nothing to do with the carb issue. Apples and Oranges. If the truck doesn't run properly, what good are tires ?

I appreciate everyone's responses

And to be honest I dont know whether this would be considered a weak or normal spray I dont really have anything to compare too
