That looks like a Motorcraft 2 bbl. Instead of a check ball for the accelerator pump they use a rubber umbrella type check valve that pushes through a hole in the carb body behind the pump diaphragm. It looks like this:
There will also be a small check ball with a weight above it located under the venturi assembly.

Yeah Its the original Carb
And it 100% had that I did not remove it I just replaced the Accelerator pump
That is very weak. I could only see little spits of gas. It should be long duration streams pouring in. That's your problem.
The other poster is correct, the Fords have the umbrella check at the diaphragm. And they also have a check under the venturi. The venturi are those two round things down in the carb in your video. I think I would pull the carb off you go to take those out. It's too easy to drop a screw down into the engine doing it on the engine itself.
All seriousness aside. The truck hasn't run for 20 years? Even if the carb was perfect, revving it while parked may not be enough to raise the engine from the dead. I've brought many an engine back from long periods of inactivity, but it usually took some hard driving to do so. Rings stick, valves get gummed up, etc. Revving with no load doesn't seem to do much. I've found if I can get an engine halfway driveable, a good (insert name of ethnic group) tuneup is what really cleans out the cobwebs.
The other guys have you headed in the right direction. But, just in case it is needed, I have some info on that carb on my web site: Motorcraft 2150 - ???Gary's Garagemahal.
