injection pump
Hi, I have a question about the injection pump. I am not having trouble right now, but does the injection pump give any warning before failure? Or does it just quit? My 1985 6.9 has 145,000 miles on it and I don't know if the pump has ever been replaced. I would hate to be far out of town and it quits on me.

injection pump
one of the first things mine done was the engine was hard to start when it was warmed up. it would crank for ever if i didnt let it cool for a couple of hours. after a couple of hours it would fire right up no problem.
