The factory specs for our truck are 60F/80R. I have 'em set at 55F/62R cold, but the pressures fluctuate with ambient temperature (that pesky Ideal Gas Law) and trip length.
Our truck's TPMS warning light is ON, and the warning display indicates the rear tires are low at 66 psi (rear tire positions are highlighted in orange).
the numbers can be changed/programed w/ the FORSCAN software, a (windows) laptop and a bluetooth OBDII connector.
Can anyone confirm the following -
According to the 2017 Codes for Super Duty (spreadsheet) the defaults of 3C50 is 80 psi - but mine are already below that (according to the dash).
Settings:3C50 indicates 60 psi front 80 psi rear. (default)
Options are: First two digits are front, second two are rear. Replace either of those two values with the desired PSI hex equivalent. (2D=40 PSI, 28=45 PSI, 32=50 PSI, 37=55 PS, 3C=60 PSI, 41=65 PSI, 46=70 PSI, 50=80 PSI)
I have been running at 60 psi front and rear. The Indicator comes on each time that I start and tells me what the pressures are and I just hit OK and it goes away. I like this as I have to see what the pressure is in each tire and "agree" that it is OK before proceeding. I will increase to 75 or 80 when I pull my 5th wheel. In my opinion it would be nice if it always showed the pressure at startup so I remember to let air out when empty.

just another way of looking at it.
I tend to agree. I used to run the backs at 60, but forgot once when hooking up the fiver. Now I just keep them at 80.
when I fist bought the truck my rear tire was "low" and was showin 53 psi.. fonts were 54 and were fine. I looked at my sticker on the door and it showed it to whee it needed to be 60psi on th front and 65 psi on the rear. I believe once it gets 10 psi below that's when the light comes on..
I am going to go out on a limb and guess that the stock threshold is 65psi.

The factory tire pressure recommendations vary by vehicle model, tire sizes, and SRW vs DRW (i.e., check thread post #12). Accordingly, I suspect there are no universal stock TPMS threshold settings.
