SYNC not operating
I have a 2012 f-250 6.7 liter diesel truck.
recently the SYNC feature is not working. my phone will not connect through Bluetooth and the media button on the steering wheel will only scan through certain features of the audio system.
Any help would be appreciated

I also recall pulling one particular fuse in an F150 from your model year, but I can't recall it now.
