Drive Train Vibration

Hey guys. Got a 2000 F350 Powerstroke, 230,000 miles. Heat my house with wood so i haul loads of wood on ocassion. Getting a Vibration somewhere in my drive line from 45 To 70. Tran is a (EAO A4LE) Shifts great fluids rite up there, had fluid changed 6 months ago. Not sure it wouldnt b my u joints, they seem tight but i havent taken nothing apart yet so i cant b sure. Could it b in my difs. Just curios what u guys think. I get great feed back from u all so i thought id give a shout out. Im leaning towards my trans but if it is it what do u think it would cost 4 repairs. Thanks guys.

Take the u-joints apart and you will probably find the issue.

Make sure you mark you shaft and u-joint positions, make sure the shaft doesn't have a ding or bend in it.
