What packages will add the sway bar to an F350 SRW?
The camper package will for sure. I went without the factory sway bar since it is so pathetic in size. I put a hellwig big wig on my F350 and it's super beefy.

It does indeed come with the camper package. However, you can't get the camper package with 20" wheels so if you want 20's and the sway bar, you can easily add it yourself later for about $125-150 depending on dealer parts markup.
It didn't affect mine at all except going around turns and corners. I have way better control. But all the bumps on the gravel roads are still nice and cushy.
It doesn't affect ride quality, it affects body roll.
Not according to many guys who have installed them here. I never have but I've taken their word for it. Some have even pulled them due to increased harshness. This was a while back though and I can't remember who or the details. Not looking to pee in anyone's cornflakes. If it's a good product, I'll take your (and Nick's) word for it. Maybe the other guys were FOS? LOL....
I wonder if they tried the different settings. On the hell wig there are 3 different levels. I kept mine in the middle and my brother in law originally set his on the stiffest and didn't like it. Dropped it back down to the middle and all is great. Rear end doesn't kick out on bumps or uneven ground and exits off the highway are much faster lol.
But that is also just our experience so I guess others may feel something I don't.
I've found product reviews are about as subjective as color choice. In the end, the only way to know if I'll like something is to try it myself. Taking another forumite's recommendation is a crapshoot. I'm guessing others have the same experience. I remember Seinfeld saying this in his stand up when talking about restaurants. He said it makes him crazy when someone tells him he has to go somewhere because he'll love it... Well, how do they know? He might hate it? They have no idea what he loves...LOL...

I LOVE Seinfeld lol!!
Jut to add, my edumacation told me (was explained this online) that Sway bars help with reducing side to side motion. They do not affect your up/down motion (springs/shocks) which is why I was saying that it doesn't affect the ride quality. But we all know that everything you read on the net is correct...
I've only tried the longest setting, which is supposed to be the softest. With the extensive gravel washboard roads we have in Alaska during spring breakup, I'll tell you without a doubt, the ride is just as good as before adding the big wig.
How long until the roll stability control completely eliminates the value of a roll bar? It's pretty impressive on it's own. Obviously it's still an option for some reason, but I'd almost think the factory one is about all the mechanical sway control one might want.
