The car jacker looks black, or Hispanic to me. I'm sure he'll have some ACLU lawyer file a law suit against his "attackers", claiming his client was a victim of a hate crime.

Saw it on the Today show this morning. About fell out of my chair laughing.
The carjacker appeared to be black, but I don't see how he could possibly claim discrimination & win since the entire group he tried to jack was Cuban.
Does make for a good Martial Arts ad.
