Mass Air Conversion

During this summer I swap out my tired old 302 for a 306 I built with a health cam and heads. I am also installed headers and a nice cat back system, reworked the EFI manifold and went from a 5 speed Mazda to a C6 transmission. I have about 3000 miles on the motor so far and everything seems to run well. Except for Idle. It is in desperate need of a Mass Air Conversion Kit.

I have been looking at the FRPP Kit. So far I have found it for 619 dollars. Where is the cheapest some one has gotten the kit for? Where did you get the kit from? Has anyone done this swap with Salvage yard parts? If so what is needed and involved in the swap.

Thanks for your help

Corey

I'm currently doing the same. I'm in the process of putting a 91 5.0 engine that is bored to a 306 with a F303 cam P&P intake and heads. I'm going to try to keep the mustang intake setup and ditch the bronco setup but I've looked for a MAF conversion and the cheapest your goin to find it is at a junk yard from a newer truck. I might take the complete mustang setup computer harnesses, everything and install that. They make everything for stangs so now it will be a mustang in Bronco cloths.
