When i bought the beast the pedal would go slow to the floor, it would stop, not great, this winter pumped the brakes about 8 times and sure enough, bam, right to the floor. Lines are all shot, going to replace- from what I have looked at- seems 3/16" line up front and 1/4" line out back? I'm going to grab 25' of each size in copper nickle- I'm sure I'm going to need fittings but I'll see when I first pull them off how bad those are. I have a double flare tool as well- anything else to think of while replacing them? Anything you guys have done while you were at it? Just trying to get it turned into a dependable winter/camping machine.

Yes.... I replaced all the "rubber" lines too. Used stainless steel instead of rubber. 3 in the rear 2 in the front.
I will look at replacing them while I am under there- I see russell and skyjackers SS hoses- my EX isn't lifted- any issues with rubbing or dragging with the longer hoses?
