parallel O2 sensors

Can you run two O2 sensors in parallel? The voltage should stay the same and current would double but, O2 sensor test at infinite ohms so two infinite is still infinite, so current would stay the same also? I have a dual exhaust and would like to run a O2 sensor in each side.

Theoretically, yes.

But, I would run them to an A-B switch then to the meter.

Unless I am missing something I do not see any advantage to running them in parallel indefinitely.

to run fuel injection. just to get a read on all 8 cylinders instead of just 4.
