302 low vacuum

Greetings

I need a power brake booster vacuum pump for my Ford F-1 with a Ford 302 engine. There are many, many kits on the market to choose from. Can anyone recommend one that is not in the $300-400 dollar range??

Why, are you running a large cam that does not build vacuum? A mild cammed 302 should build more than enough vacuum for a brake booster.

If you have power steering already, a hydroboost off some modern car might be easier.

Have you considered adding a vacuum reservoir? I added one to keep lots of vacuum ready for the brakes.
