Question A/C Compressor ID

I have a 90 ranger with a 2.9l, 4x2, 5-sp super cab. The ac compressor needs to be replaced and I was wondering how can I tell which compressor my truck has in it. when I look at the auto shops the compressors they show me have a surp. belt and mine has I v-belt.

I don't know much about 1990 A/C compressors, but you may end up having to swap the pulley off the old compressor over to the new unit.
