My dealer had my truck for 4 days and I think they figured out the problem.
I have had it back for 5 days now and have NOT had the air bag light problem at all.
Since I got it back I have put on about 700 miles and all is good.
The problem they found was a Connector in a wiring harness that is up on top of the spare tire.
The dealership ordered a replacement connector kit from Ford.
The plug is one of those Molex connector plugs that failed. Water got inside the waterproof connector and it got moldy. Apparently this harness sends information Up to the dash and radio/ heater controls.
Here is a pic
That is awesome they found it! I often wonder how far the dealer actually went into troubleshooting my new ride. Can't say because notes are not that detailed.
There is a module in the passenger door that connects the various switches to a communications bus. It also has the temperature sensor from the outside mirror come through it. I would think about swapping this module out and see if that changes the behavior.
So after spending the weekend waiting for the problem it finally replicated. 3 o'clock in the afternoon and truck got hot in the sun and it started doing it again. Got underneath it and disconnected that molex connector and reconnected - instantly fixed. Did again later, went back there and jiggled the connector and fixed it. Safe to say I think that is my problem as well although my connector looked clean.
I would guess some of these connectors are faulty and are expanding/contracting with the temps. Yours probably contracted enough in cold and rain to let water in. Mine is just Texas heat. Taking to dealer to show them tomorrow.
Same problem on one of my trucks, they ordered a new BCM will see, should be here this week. Rear turn sigs out of sync, step on brake and lower head light lights up, lose radio controls, airbag light goes on then off.
Update
Checked the molex connecter and it was also wet inside and moldy. When I disconnected it water ran out of the plug.
Cleaned WD40 and dried it up and all is good so far..
I had some major and seemingly random electrical issues on my 2011 gmc 2500 i know they arent even close but i eventually had the main negative ground cable replaced and each connection point wore brushed and it completely fixed all of the seemingly random electrical issues i was having. Some tiny crack in the actual wiring was suspected as the culprit. Might be an option to check out for those who cant get it fixed.
I recently ran into this same issue. Dealer will only hook it up to a computer and let that tell them whats wrong. Problem is, a scanner lists several things that 'Could' be wrong. All showing different modules in the truck that appear to have lost connectivity
After reading this, I went out to my truck, Pulled the Plugs back by the spare tire to check them. No visual burning but very gritty from sand so, I cleaned them out with some canned air. Added some Dialectic Grease to the ends (plenty), plugged everything back in and BEHOLD, everything works as it should.
No more Airbag warning light on the dash when pressing the brakes. No more Hyper-flashing turn signals or Headlights coming on when the airbag warning light shows up while pressing the brakes, and best of all, All of my controls work again including A/C working. Yes, that was another thing when stopped at a red light and that airbag warning light came on the AC stopped working properly.
All fixed with a Can of Air and some Dialectic Grease. Thank you Super Duty Forum

If you want it done right, sometimes you have to do it yourself.
This is EXACTLY what my 2017 F250 Diesel is doing. I have had it back to the dealer 3 times and they can't figure it out.
Now that I saw your video, I see that my truck is not the only one.
Mine does it anytime hot or cold.
The most frustrating is when you can't get the power windows to go back up and it starts raining.
Having same issues with my 2017 F 350 diesel and have had it to my dealers countless times trying to figure out what the problem might be... my biggest problem is
when it acts up and i drive it to dealer ship which is 30 minute drive it will all start working again.. leaving it at dealer ship they have seen the symptoms but with no codes showing up they
are clueless on what to look for and telling it was a electrical issue that they fixed... only to find that after a couple days after it doing the same **** all over again... another problem is when you shut down truck the head light won't shut off and drain your batteries... by unhooking battery power momentarily it will all start working again for the time being... telling service advisors all that they still cant figure it out....
