2008 explorer transmission

2008 explorer transmission
I have Explorer (2008) with 185000 miles, transmission was rebuilt totally about 17000 miles ago. Recent issue is when car is in gear, once in a while, you can come to a stop and want to go and car acts like it is in neutral. It looks like the RPM drops at this time as well. Have noticed this in reverse as well. If you give the car a little gas to raise the RPM it slides back into gear. While car is driving at speed it shifts and appears to function as designed. Any thoughts on issue and what to look for would be much appreciated.
