AC EVAPARATOR HOSE LOCATION

Hello I recently posted a thread about when it rains I get water in the cab I think I have fixed the issues but will not know until it rains I also decided I would check the evaparator hose drain while I'm at it and can not find it anywhere can some please tell me where this is located so I can make sure it's clean it on a 1993 Ford F-250 7.3 nonturbo I know the broncos are kinda the same

Hmm I'm not sure what you mean by evap hose. There is a box on the passenger side that the evaporator core is sitting in. It should be the exact same box on all 92-97 OBS style trucks (broncos F250-F250 and 96 and older F-150s) and probably the same on the previous generation Broncos etc as well. I know the diesel motors (at least powerstrokes) have an aluminum foil looking cover over the evap box from better insulation, maybe the 7.3 IDIs did as well. It may be something on most trucks, but the cover is pretty fragile so it falls apart pretty easily (which is why I may not have had it on mine before.)

The evap box can come apart pretty easily with a few screws, but I wouldn't think that would be leaking letter water in. Potentially something is leaking under the cowl? I would make sure your cowl isn't filled with debris and take a peak under that to make sure everything looks okay.

The Evaparator drain hose that drains the condensation from the Evaparator

Ah okay. I haven't messed with that before but that makes sense. I can go take a look real quick on my Bronco, I'm about to pull the 7.3 out of it hopefully this week to replace it with a (hopefully) higher compression 7.3

The Ford big underhood evap box is drain hose-less. Instead, there is a hole in the bottom of the box where it just drips out of. I have NEVER had this type of evap drain plug-up. I have only had plug-ups on evaps that had a drain hose connected.

To find the hole: Underhood, get a good geographical placement of where the bottom of the evap case is. Then get underneath, and look up. It's hard to get a reference, and it may not be the easiest to see, as it will be way up there. If the foil-faced evap box insulation is still there, there can be a hole or slot so water can drain out and not get caught in the insulation. You're looking for a nub with a hole in it. A strong LED single beam flashlight is a must for me to see it. Happy hunting!

If you should get the urge to stick something up there, do NOT use anything metallic! Use something plastic with some give. I use the plastic weed-whacker replacement line, sometimes double it over and squeeze the hair pin bend with a pair of pliers to get a small stronger end. The plastic with flex will not damage the evap core, but will break through any blockage, if there is one.

I'm having a hard time trying to get a frame of reference in that pic, which way is which. I wonder if you are off too far to the passenger side, under the blower box instead.

Weather, time, and access to vehicle permitting, I'll take a look under mine tomorrow.

I took a look at mine underneath... it was pretty hard to do, not as flexible as I used to be. It was 4 years ago when I replaced all the A/C that when I re-attached the top end of the foil-faced insulation, I checked underneath so the drain hole wasn't blocked. I don't see the drain hole now, maybe the foil shifted. I'm not going to try to pull it around and rip it to see.

At least from my limited vantage point, I did not see exactly what your pic shows. Maybe my 1994 is different, or your pic is showing some place I can't see. I didn't see that seam on the left edge of your pic, nor the black round thing that looks sort of like a grommet, nor the bright-looking round thing that looks like a post sticking down.
