72 f250 build thread
Probably gonna have a lot of questions so I figured I would start a build thread. Got the motor out yesterday. Yes, it can be done with a 2 ton engine hoist from harbor freight without removing the transmission and front clip. Whether or not it should be done that way is in the eye of the beholder.
First of many questions to come: will these fit my truck? What about wheel spacing?

thanks. 445 stroker kit from barry at survival. Seems like good stuff and he's been real good and nice about answering all my questions. Gonna turn it into a tow rig so I'll probably rebuild the tranny with some tougher components.

Holley In Tank Fuel Pump & Sniper EFI
Anyone know if this will work for a 1972 F-250 fuel tank? Seems like it's a bit short for the tank style that mounts behind the seat in the cab.

I'm also thinking about switching to the Sniper EFI system. Any opinions on that would be appreciated.
The overall plan is to turn a broken down 360 motor into a daily driver and tow/utility rig with a stroked 445.
