1977 Prom-250 photo set.

A shameless display by my part.

But, I'm proud of my kid, and you guys like old trucks... so hopefully it's ok.

Here is the finished product of our 40 day thrash on a 77 F250.

his favorite dog that gets occasional rides in the truck.

The project deadline was prom 2015.

Mission accomplished.

thanks, I feel bad for posting so many photos. I have similar photos in our build thread and a couple of these will end up in that thread. But it's many pages deep, I wanted to show some nice photos on the top page of a thread.

He had a little wooden 3 step ladder for his date to get up into the truck.

Awesome truck and you are a way cool dad, that boy has a great roll model to learn from.

Post up them pics and be proud of your hard work and dedication to the job at hand.

And post the link to that build thread in here.

Not "shameless", you have every right to be proud and show off your skill.

Definitely okay. You should be proud of him.

Here is the finished product of our 40 day thrash on a 77 F250.

Awesome looking truck! Great to see a family project come together so nicely. I had to drive a POS Datsun 310 to my prom so I'm sure you son is beaming about his ride.

And never apologize for posting too many photos - this kind of thread and your corresponding build thread are why a lot of us hang out here.

Keep it up

That son of yours sure is exercising them smile muscles, his face may freeze that way. Good going DAD. Nice to see the boy is graduating, sure is a nice truck to do it in.

We all love pictures of trucks, especially that black one. Great job in such a short time. Our little beagle likes to ride in mine, but I don't like all his hair on the seat. I'm sure your son is very proud of his truck and his dad.
