Looks custom, and looks like the pickup in the picture has a body lift? Don't remember the fronts of the frame rails being that visible. Have a buddy that built a front-mount receiver hitch that tied in similar to that, but I don't know of a commercially-available one for a dent...... The ears on that one look like they might be for a tow bar, maybe not.
OK I gotcha now,I took tube steel ,I think 5 inch ,and notched it pretty much copied the design Ford had with the thin walled highboy front ,remounted my springs.welded the D rings
I like that you have tow points in the front, but you are still able to keep the classy look of the stock chrome bumper. How durable are the tow points? Do you have build plans?
I been winging it for years, just picked up rear window gasket and 1981-96 door seal today from percision,,,motor should be at my home in less than a month,,,,make it look like a truck again
How durable are the tow points?I could probably hook them up and pull it up vertical, that tube steel is stout.I probably would only do this if your really getting into tearing the front of your truck apart.a nylon strap around the front axle would pull you out as well,,,,
I like to occasionally put her in the mud so I need to have easy tow points? They need to be strong enough to pull a 76 F250 highboy ranger XLT snatched out of the mud.
