Got it ordered! Did not go crazy on all the packages. Dealer took 3300 off plus 1000 in rebates and 6500 for my 04 F150.
I can live with that. Sat in a Lariat before we signed and only realized that we were in the diesel version when I saw the turbo gauge. They are quiet!
Went with gas and 4.30 gearing. Doing factory bed liner, clearance lights, 5th wheel prep, gooseneck kit, chsm camera, tailgate step, AT tires,
Trailer tow package, 10000 lb gvwr, camper package.
Won't have an order number for 10 days, then I have to figure out how you all are/have tracked yours as it gets built! now I am excited!
Congrats Jim, I just placed my order on Monday April 17. Ordered the F350 SRW CC with the 6.7L diesel in Magnetic. Based on what some of the guys have been posting the deliveries for March orders were getting delivered fairly quick. Hopefully ours will come quick as well. They used the www.cotusb.com site to track after they get their order number and dealer number. Sometimes it seems to work other times it doesn't.
Congrats on your order. I'm in the same situation. Ordered mine on March 30th and started the waiting game. I got the order number and dealer code, but as of today I still don't get anything on cotus. Hope you have better luck than I'm having.
Finally received my VIN today. Build date of May 18 and an ETA of June 1. Still not showing up on Cotus but I will keep checking. It does show up on ETIS.
Congrats, next is the wait... Oh and if you hang out on this forum long enough you will rack up close to a grand in "must haves" that get to you before the truck does. Ask me how I know, lol...
Thanks, I have been reading a lot of the posts with the "must haves". It is tough to not jump in on all the buy's. I'm sure I will end up doing a couple of them.
Congrats Jim.. Have you seen the color difference with Bronze Fire between being in the sun (burnt orange) and in the shade (dark burgundy/maroon)? It's the best color IMO..
I tried talking my wife into a Bronze Fire over Caribou two-tone Lariat, but she prefered the Magnetic. She wasn't sure about the Bronze Fire and we couldn't find a truck in that color locally to see in person, so ordered Magnetic.

Magnetic is my 2nd favorite.. I want a mustang in magnetic.
To the OP, not trying to hyjack your thread so I apologize if it seems that I did. I know mine is a 15 but you can definitely see the difference in color between sun and shade.
All is good. We saw a 350 Lariat Dually at a dealer in Bronze Fire. That and the black leather interior cinched the deal. The wife hates the dumb insert color in the door though! LOL Now to figure out COTUS and ETIS.......only been 5 days counting the weekend. Was told it would not get picked up for 10 days in case we wanted to change something??? thanks for sharing the pics.
Oh, need help on running boards. Can not seem to find anything that drops down low like the stock ones. we did not order because we did not like the chrome ones....thoughts?
You can get the power running boards on a Lariat, at least we did, and they drop lower and away fro the truck more than the fixed step, my wife liked the power steps better than any of the others at the dealership, so that was one of her "must haves". and it only has a little chrome stip.
