Distributor #1 Position

Didn't think this would be hard to find but I can't find where the #1 position is on the distributor of a 67 240.

I figured there would be the typical diagram of the top of the engine, plug wire routing, distributor location and orientation, etc.

Thanks!

Firing order is 1-5-3-6-2-4.

#1 plug wire position (out to the right side of the cap) can be seen beside the plug wire tower, on the distributor cap, here on the 240 in my '69 F100.

Looking down on top of the distributor cap, the wires would be attached in a counter clock-wise order.

If the original intake manifold is still on your engine, the firing order will be cast onto it along the top of the runner.
