keep up the nice work & pictures.
. I just looked over your pictures.
if you are going to box your frame. How are you going to get your bolts tighten down. I put a spacer in my frame with 4 1/2 inch long bolts. You have those short bolts? How will you tighten them if the frame is boxed?
. My 4 1/2 inch boltd come up thru my frame. I'm putting 3 1/2 inch bolts thru spacers on my side plates. These will fit all the way thru my frame. The welded in spacers will keep the frame from collapsing under bolt torque. All bolts are grade 8
mine is welded to frame. Contemplated bolting it on but figured welding on would be much easier.

yes it’s a jag subframe welded to stock frame.
Mill have 4” of ride height on 20” wheels. Here is the wheel bottomed out so yes the running boards will be on the ground when rested. Air it up to ride height and I’ll be 4” up.
If the math works, that’s where I’ll be. Lol.

The plan is to remove cab tomorrow and fit the motor in. Hopefully it goes smoothly. I’ll build the trans crossmember and moto mounts for it.
