1989 Ford C8000, does anyone know how to open and close the tilt cab?
I need help on opening and locking the tilt can. Someone told me that it uses a hand pump. If someone can give me directions or make a video that would be great!
The cab has springs under it to lift it. There is a main catch and a safety catch behind the cab you release from the passenger side, then lift the cab by hand.
Thanks, I just bought this truck and had it shipped across the country and was not shown where the release location is. I heard that there was some kind of manual pump.
