Best power upgrades for 1997 F350 Dually 4x4 5-Speed?

I have a 1997 F350 7.3L diesel Crew Cab Long Bed dually Ca addiction (meaning that it has split shot injectors). I converted it to 4x4 and 5 speed manual transmission. I have a 3" down pipe (with no exhaust), the big napa air filter, Hydra chip with those simple tunes, and I have a gauge kit (boost, egt, oil pressure, and fuel pressure).

Im looking into getting 400 hp daily driver amount of power (like the 2014 F350 trucks have). I was thinking of doing; 80% 160cc injectors, intercooler kit (which I already have. It is 3" inlet/outlet. I have a late 99-2003 spider), E fuel kit, different turbo (Super duty, D66, or T4 turbo kit with up pipes), propane injection, water-meth injection, upgraded clutch, HPOP, head studs, and maybe a Gear Splitter. I know I will need custom tunes after doing these upgrades. I'm not going to race the truck but I want to be able to go the speed limit up hill so I don't slow people down behind me towing a trailer. I want this engine to last a long time as well. I prefer not having smoke come out thats why I would be running the propane and/or water-meth.

Also I want to talk about tires. I was thinking Copper or BF Goodrich tires. I am thinking of running 315/75r16 tires on my stock rimes. This would be requiring a 2" spacer (hub centric steel only will be used). The front rims are from a single rear wheel truck.

Thanks for all inputs,

Brian

If you don't want smoke, stick with a 30-50% nozzle...not the 80.

Smoke is all controlled by injector quality and type, and *turbo* selection. Propane and methanol are swell, but get your combo tuned well with fuel and air first. Get a quality fast spooling turbo and you will be doing the most to keep from being a smokey douche.

You have everything you need above for the power and supporting mods, just be ready to shell out a healthy chunk of change. Sounds like it's a nice truck.

Look into a tuner that has gauges built in, I had a dp tuner on my 7.3 van and loved it. I prefer analog gauges, but to have a tuner, scanner, and gauges built into one was pretty handy and saves money over ordering all of it separately.
