He called me back at 1215pm said truck arrived yesterday & he was about to call me!!! PROBLEM he said truck driver who delivered truck with car haler lost one of the f-350 key fob's !! Ordered 350 ultimate lariat white gold / caribou 6.7Lpower stroke 03/02/17 delivered 04/17/2017 PICK up 04/19/2017
Ya well you would think when some body is spending $70,000 for a truck its the dealers job to make it right even if they didn't loose key fob Maybe it shows they don't care about customers after vehicle is built I guess I will find out tomorrow how well they care about my business.

Tell the dealer you'll pick it up when it's ready (with all keys). You'll be amazed at the speed at which he runs it through service dept and gets you set up with 2 new keys.
Where are you from? I ordered mine same day, maybe 2 days before and it's in transit. Maybe they where on same train? I'm on west coast with an ETA of 5/5/17
LOL, I cannot help but laugh. You guys know there are tons of ways to view a forum, including from phones and other devices that don't show all that type of detail, but I'm sure the guy who asked the location, now knows, lol...
Yeah first time forum user.. that was my first post
No problem by me, lol. I have actually done the same thing, I am only in front of a computer about 1/2 the time I'm on the forum, and at least twice I have caught myself about to ask a similar thing that is normally visible on the computer version but not on the mobile version of the forum. I just found it funny the way the pic was posted with an arrow assuming everyone could see that.

Is the programming changed completely? Is the "lost" fob still capable of opening the truck?
