In the transmission pan itself would be best I believe. Use an existing bung or add one if needed.

Some use this adaptor. It goes on the "hot" transmission line.

I'm not that familiar with the C6, but I think there is one on the driver's side of the trans, towards the front, just above the pan. Each tap will have a 1/8" pipe plug in it from the factory.
