I am in the process of putting my 1951 Ford F2 back to stock. I am in need of a few parts. Front and Rear Bumpers, Express Bed Parts such as front, rear and side panels, along with a tailgate and running boards. Also am looking for front leaf springs (8 leafs) and rear leaf springs (13 leafs). I've uploaded pictures to show you the truck and so that if there is anything else I may need for you to please let me know.
Where are you located? I have an F3 that I am putting updated front and rear suspension under and have a complete nicely rebuilt rear end and and front end assembly that needs a new home.
Hi Ray,
Welcome from Maine.
You get bonus points for posting pictures on your introduction post.
It appears as though your bed is custom made. If you are looking to re-create a stock bed I can say that finding parts will be difficult but at least you are in the part of the country most likely to have something mostly rust free.
If you get in a pinch, I do have an extra F2/F3 tailgate that would score a 5 out of ten in the West and a 7 in the rust belt.

Welcome Raymond. You're a hero rescuing your truck from the guy that customized it. Living in CA you have advantages others of us don't have in finding rust free parts. Your bed, as I guess you know, is a 53-56 long bed box for a 118" wheelbase model. Your truck has a 122" wheelbase. The body panels and bumpers are some of the most sought after parts there are. Hopefully some of the CA guys speak up, or direct you to yards that are likely to have donor trucks. Stu
Tom,
Thank you for offering for your input and what a beautiful truck. Also how bad is the tailgate (lots of rust or dings and dents)?
Stu,
I actually didn't know that it was a 53-56 thank you I checked the cross beams underneath and they are still wooden one is that what they would have had on 53-56 or do you think those would probably be from the original bed.
Mike,
Yeah that's a little far but if you wouldn't mind what would you offer for it, and would there be a way to ship it back out here?

It's the flat sides and squared off pockets, as well as misfit, that says 53-56. Stu
Your hood appears to be from a 51'. You seem to have quite an eclectic truck. Your stage name isn't "Johnny Cash" is it? You've come to the right place for help and support for your project. Greetings and welcome; and good luck as you get acquainted with your "new" truck.

But did you notice the 90° angle at the top of the bedsides? It's not a flareside. Either it was customized or could it be a bed from the mid 70s. They had flat top bedsides like that.
Here is a 77 bed. If his is such it would have been from an F250
