Could be, but something hit/rubbed that wire and tore the insulation off.

Figured I post the results, exchanged the wrong 02's for the correct ones. Screwed them in cleared the codes and all has been great, I asked a while back about changing the 02 just because of age guess I found they last 154xxx miles
