Tow rig luxury upgrades?

Id like to see or hear what people have done to make their tow rigs a little more comfortable for the in between point A and point B. My family and I just got back from a three day weekend and where discussing some things that might make the trips more enjoyable. Something specific we talked about was an electric cooler in place if the center seat up front to lessen the food and drink stops as well as not have to lug around a cooler and deal with melting ice.
So let me hear it see what luxurys you have done. Thanks.

A cooler in the cab is a good one. Electric is okay, but you need to start with everything cold because they often aren't strong enough to cool down a full load of warm drinks. I just use a quality "thick-wall" cooler and lots of ice, that works well enough for me, and once I get to my destination, I can lug it out of the truck and it's good without electricity for a couple of days.

Tablets for the kids in the backseat is a winner as well.
