Do you think a machine shop might be able to repair the spindle?
If so, might be cheaper then new ones and not much more the used ones if you can find them..
I've actually got a mill setup in the garage and could probably work it out but I was able to find a used setup today for ~$50 which is a lot cheaper than my time, frustration, and probably a quicker solution.
You do know they are the same brakes 1992-2003 with 1 piston calipers. The part numbers are not wrong. They may have been superceded, though.
I'm not sure about this one, the caliper I took off is a two piston caliper. I think you might be looking at E150 parts.

The same spindles were also used on E350's, both E250/350 have dual piston calipers. Single piston calipers were used on E150's.

Not a good idea to start welding and milling on a part like this unless you're an expert at metalugy. Picture a crack developing a couple years down the road and the spindle breaking off at 70 mph....................................
