Date change on window sticker

Trying to make sense of the dates too. The ETIS is filled out now and shows 03.04.2017 but the sticker shows 03-27-2017
The sticker has the correct information and ETIS has a few off the wall things like box delete, or some wording close to that.
Any educated guess as to when it was or will be actually built? This date thing is confusing. Back in the old days I would just wait. Tracking is fun but adds to the frustration too. Thanks for any insite.

I'm not sure of what use the VIN decoder you linked to is supposed to have. When I enter mine it gives lots of information but the truck it describes has very little resemblance to what I ordered.
